NHS Interoperability Toolkit Correspondence Release 2.1 (Final)

The NHS Interoperability Toolkit Subpack : Correspondence has changed status to become "Final".
Each CDA Correspondence DMS has been amended, where the status is changed to “Final”, with a new release date, but the version number remains the same as their previous DMS release. The DMS Change Histories have also been updated.
Therefore the NHS Interoperability Toolkit Subpack : Correspondence has been up versioned (minor update) to 2.1, to reflect that it’s content has changed.
