NHS Interoperability Toolkit Core Release 1.0 (Final)

The NHS Interoperability Toolkit Core has changed status to become Final.
There has been a correction to the ITK Business Acknowledgement to allow correct acknowledgement of individual payloads.
The Architecture Specifications have been updated to reflect the NHS Interoperability Toolkit Security Requirements Accreditation and Concessions
