The PowerPoint presentations must be viewed in Slide Show mode and instructions on how and when to refer to the Excel spreadsheet exercises are clearly indicated within the presentations.
The PowerPoint presentation slides are not intended to be printed out, just gone through on the screen. Although the content of the slide on first glance is hidden by the speech bubbles, when viewed in slide show mode, the slide content can be seen and the speech bubbles animate in on clicks of the mouse.
