Content designed for use in electronic systems supporting care planning functionality across health and social care. Care planning functionality encompasses many professions/sectors which may have differing descriptions in a traditional health record including treatment plans, birthing plans, support plans, care plans, intervention plans or care order sets. This content can facilitate interoperation of care plans across organisational boundaries with appropriately designed message specifications.
